The Office
The Active Office is placed in Örebro, Sweden.
The Active office is responsible for the daily administration of the organisation, for being in touch with our member organisations and for assisting the Active board.
Since the year of 2003 we have been hosting volunteers from many European countries, based on the EVS-programme of the European Union. If you want to know more about how to become a volunteer in Active, click here.

I am a young and energetic girl that comes from Macedonia. I studied economics and have a Bachelor in Management. In a meanwhile I was working in one of the most influential non-governmental organization in Macedonia, and after some years I decided that I want to have the international experience, so I signed up to be a volunteer in Active office.
My first contact with Active - Sobriety, Friendship and Peace was in 2004 on a seminar that I will never forget. That was the moment when I made a strong connection with Active and that still keeps me motivated to do more things about the organization and its members. After my volunteering in the office I don’t know what will happen, but I know that I will stay close to Active and will continue promoting alcohol and drug free life style.
