The Office
The Active Office is placed in Stockholm, Sweden.
The Active office is responsible for the daily administration of the organisation, for being in touch with our member organisations and for assisting the Active board.
Since the year of 2003 we have been hosting volunteers from many European countries, based on the EVS-programme of the European Union. If you want to know more about how to become a volunteer in Active, click here.

Secretary General
I come from Slovakia and have lived in Sweden since september 2004 when I started working in the Active office as EVS volunteer. After my EVS year finished and I graduated the University, I got employed and stayed in the Active office in Sweden. I have been Secretary General since summer 2007.
Active is European youth organisation pointing on problems of society like discriminations, intolerance and passivity and in addition to that, it is the only youth organisation in Europe, promoting alcohol free life-style among youth. All those issues are close to my heart and it is my pleasure to have possibility to deal with them on the daily basis and be here for the Active board and for all the members.
