Do you want to become a volunteer in the Office?

We do not have vacancies for 2011/2012 but if you are interested in being volunteer in Active office in 2012/2013, we will be happy to receive your application and motivation letter.

When?

From September 2012 until august 2013 there will be voluntary-places free in the Active Office in Stockholm, Sweden. The placements are based on the EVS-programme of the European Union.

Being a volunteer is a unique opportunity to learn about the country, culture and to learn the language of a new country.

What?

The Active Office is the centre of the Active wheel and as a volunteer you will participate in the daily running of Active. The tasks carried out in the Office are very different from each other. Sometimes you write applications for grants and sometimes you prepare a seminar or a Camp.

Active

Active is the European umbrella organisation for children and youth Temperance organisations. We have member organisations in different countries all over Europe.  Of course we expect you to be or become a member of one of these organisations if you want to work as a volunteer.

The volunteer placements are open for a year. This means that you should be prepared to spend the time from September till the end of August in Sweden connected to Active´s activities. You should be between 18-30 years old.

How?

Are you interested? Does this sound as the chance of your life? Then please write a small letter about yourself and why you would like to stay as a volunteer in Active and Sweden.
