How do our way of living effect our health?

We are often talking about young people’s health and wellbeing. Trying to map everything around us that will have an effect on our health: Formal and non-formal education, Media, family, friends and other social networks etc. And youth today, at least for a very big part here in Europe, have a bigger board playing on than ever. There are numerals of opportunities and possibilities ahead of us. Way more than generations before even dared to dream of, and it’s truly amazing. But with lots of choices comes also a lot of responsibility, and not to mention pressure. In an early age you are about to decide which direction you will set sail for in life. You are expected to have a plan A, B and C (just incase), be full of energy and over flown ambitious strategies every awakening hour of the day.

It’s also very interesting how the society measure health. Not to feel absolutely on top is a failure, and are something we preferably don’t talk about. But I think there is a huge difference between “downs and downs”... It must be okay to feel low-spirited sometimes. If not, happiness will not exist. No ups if no downs.
It’s all about get to know yourself and find your own recreation-areas in life. Personal motivation, engagement and overall a positive attitude is something you should treasure... I even dear to promise that with these qualities, life will get that magic glow, and turn out much more pleasing.

I myself have just figured that those times I can recall myself feeling totally harmonized and blissful, is almost exclusively far way from the civilizations, especially accompanied with dear friends, in the beloved nature of course. There are no such place were the heeling power could be greater. You are 100 % fully conscious and the only thing existing is this right now, that however one of the basics to feel totally happy, total conciseness.

Engagement in something that you hold true to your heart, together with lots of dear friends, sure is a treasure-chest in these days. Active is an organization were you get the chance to feel the impact of thousands young peoples healthy standpoint and really make a difference. That if not is one way of keeping your mind healthy and keep the fire burning. –Oh, What a cliché.. but anyhow, so true. So thank you all for joining the parade!
